Return policy: The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. Exchange policy: The customer has the right to exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Note: Claims are not accepted after the specified period. Return and exchange conditions: 1- The spices must be in their original condition and unused or not having benefited from. 2- The packaging must be sealed tightly with a security lock and not tampered with. Return and exchange process: 1- Contact customer service via WhatsApp without receiving calls and send a picture of the order number and product. 2- The product will be inspected after receipt by the store, and a decision will be made accordingly. 3- The refund will be processed within 1 to 14 or more days from the date of receiving the returned order, with deduction of shipping costs and in the same payment method chosen by you. 4- Payment fees and free shipping commissions, if any, will be deducted. Shipping costs: {If the customer changes their mind} 0 - The customer bears the cost of return or exchange shipping. 0- If the order is canceled after shipping, the customer bears the shipping costs and cancellation fees. 0- If the order is canceled after the shipping bill is issued, the cost of the bill will be deducted. 0- Electronic payment fees may be deducted if the order is canceled.
